I just went through how you would like your product selection to be set up, and I would be glad to do this for you. We definitely need to improve this so it's easier for you to manage and also to present your products more neatly to your customers.
When you say an "automated website", are you referring to the shipping part? In that case, there are plenty of great solutions out there to generate shipping labels for you using your preferred shipping carrier. I'll be happy to help you get set up on this as well!
Your budget works fine for me. I am based in Paris, France and I'm used to working with clients all around the world. My hours are extremely flexible (pretty much any time when I'm not getting my 6 hours of zzz), I reply to e-mails immediately and I am always available for a Skype call.
It's absolutely normal for you to ask questions - I consider answering all your questions as part of the service I provide.
