I run ottawaBBQrental.ca (contact ottawabbqrental at gmail . com)
I rent BBQ and rotisseries individuals and companies. My insurance company requires that I have each customer sign a waiver to waive the right to sue if someone gets food poisoning or something along those lines.
What I would like is for each checkout to force the customer to read a page of info and check a box to indicate that they accept the waiver before proceeding to payment. The waiver would then be emailed to them.
Timeline for this is three weeks.
