What I need:
I need to a website developed on Shopify. It will be a one stop shop for people to order catering food from. So, people will go on the website, and order food (filtering options should be available on the website to make it easy to search for food by price, dietary restirictions etc.). Once they have ordered the food, an email will go out to restaurants/ caterers. So, once they have ordered the food and paid, the website's job is done. It won't be shipping anything.
Basically what we are trying to do is creating another version of GrubHub, MyEatClub or Order-It.ca.
It will be a brand new website from scratch. UI/UX are important in this. But so is a strong back end. Logo will need to be developed.
Specific expertise that I am seeking:
You should have experience designing websites, food oriented preferred. Experience with search engine optimization is an added plus. If we really like your design, we might also have you design our brouchure.
Timeframe for delivery:
I would like to have this up and running within 3-4 weeks.

Need someone who can tweak or fix a few things..... by Jeran Campanella

I am almost ready to deploy the site... Maybe two weeks is a guess. I have prepared the csv and am just taking care of some pages and links, and final details. Here lies my issue. If you check my site, I have two items listed to show my issue. I am using the theme PHANTOM SHOP, I got it from Theme Forrest. I like it.
My store focus is on Used Books, but I carry a ton of items beyond that from coins, stamps, collectible memoribillia, music, old records, old magazines.... you get the point.
My problem is, I changed "Brands" to Author. Which works well.... FOR BOOKS. Now everything else has the problem of saying author, and I select none, and now the author list contains the author: none. Ideally, I'd like to be able to somehow change what is displayed based on what category (item type) I select. So if it is a Current-Mystery, this would be defaulted as a book, so the author info is up. And if I add an EverythingElse-Coins & Currency item, then it shouldn't ask author.
Obviously my issue stems from having WAY too many item types.... The good thing is, that I can use the DETAIL section to put all the info in, so as far as coin grade, and coin year, and Album type for records etc. will all go in details.
To summarize:
My theme has a small main details section.... that contains author (was brands) that works well for books. If an item is not a book, I'd like to not enter a name in the "brands" slot and therefore it not show up. Also, there is a spot that says "Available" which is fine, except every item is unique for my store so it is always available till sold. I need a drink!
Anyone think they can help my scatter brain?

Need a designer to build my new lighting store by Ryan Wilson
Hello, I've been selling on ebay for the last year which has been going ok and I'm now wanting to create my own online store to sell my led lighting from. I will be registering my own domain name when I'm ready and will need several email addresses.
The store name is currently Wilson-LED-Lighting.myshopify.com and the basics of the store will be similar to what’s there now, with a number of categories for different light types available, possibly a drop-down menu across the top and a left hand column with a list of the categories.
An important feature that I would like is for customers to be able to pre order items once they have run out of stock, for example the 'add to cart' button would change to 'pre order' and still allow customers to check out.
I would like an attractive design look and content on the website to be editable so that I can add and remove information and images when needed as I will be adding more products as time goes on. Also I have no experience in SEO or online marketing so any help on this or if this can be incorporated with the building of the store then I would need this doing.

Secondary or Child Navigation Needed by Cody Patey
Maybe it's just me but I don't like the whole drop down collections menu. I'd like it if a customer clicked on "products" or "goods" or "collections" or whatever, the page they land on is ALL products, then below the main menu is a secondary menu where they can sort by collection. I've seen a few shopify sites that have this, but can't seem to find any documentation about it or theme that includes it. $$$

We need help moving our current website (http://www.maggiescrochet.com) from Zen Cart 1.3.9 to Shopify. Our site has been selling crochet patterns and craft supplies for over 20 years and we have a solid customer base, but it is time for an update. We have been considering Cart 2 Cart (http://www.shopping-cart-migration.com/) to do the bulk of our migration with customers and products. We will be moving approximately 3,000 products and 50,000 customers. However, Cart 2 Cart will not create url redirects.

It will allow you to create redirects within your Shopify store. For example, if users are going to old URL formats, you can easily create a redirect in Traffic Control to the correct new URL. It can also track 404s for you so that you can create redirects based on those 404s.

Our store is complete, the only thing missing is the multiple languages. We're in great need of finding someone immediately, who can handle the language logic so we can launch the site asap. It should'n t be more than a few days of work. We have 4 stores (EUR, USD, SEK, GBP) and we will have in total 5 languages (if more is possible in the future, that's even better). We would like to have a list of approx. 20 flags/countries. List of flags and logic will be provided. Customer chooses flag / country and the relevant language appears (in right store/currency). We will start with 2 languages , Swedish (SE) and English (EN), and in the near future we would like to add German (DE), French (FR) and Spanish (ES). For the moment, all texts for DE, FR and ES will be in EN. In total 4 stores, 5 languages. For example, if you choose the US flag, you go to the USD store in English.
