I want to customize a page for my future site. I know I'll need to use a developer to help with the design, and I'll work out the specifics then, but I want to get started and set up the site as far as I can first so that they have a starting point. (I can set up the regular store by myself -- it's just the customized page I'll need help with.)
What I want is a page where customers will choose one of one type of item, and then 5 of another type of item, and then they'll get those 6 items at a specific price (that's discounted from what they would get if they added each item to their cart separately).
This page needs to be connected to the "regular" part of the store (where people can buy each item separately) so that the inventory updates correctly when they choose it on this custom page.
Please let me know where you think I should start -- should I just build a basic store with the items? Is there an app I should use as a foundation?
