I've got a .js file which takes the user entered postcode and suburb, and the cart weight and gets the shipping $$$ back from the courier.
I now need that to be used to update shopify shipping cost.

Site is using an Outofthesandbox theme - Mobilia v1

and use any valid subrub/postcode combo such as QUEENSCLIFF 3225
For cart weight over 25 kg the client should be told 'we will contact you with shipping rates'.
