Make my site compatible with IE8/IE7 by Zac Plansky

Hi - our site doesn't seem to work correctly with IE7 or IE8 - I think this is specifically when used with Windows XP. Assuming it's a Javascript issue nut not sure.

We need someone to fix this for us.
