If you just want to automate triggered event emails use mail chimp and scheduled a calendar with all the events, mail chimp will take care all the rest but if you want to trigger it automatically you need to code in fetching all the details then it will be sent to all your customer.
And in market segmentation of your product offerings to specific markets explain a bit more and only then we can arrange the solution.
