There are 2 ways to do this task.
1. If you want Static page we can do this task in 2 hours only.
2. If you want Dynamic Page, you can modify it with the admin. It will take approx 15 hours.
Our hourly rate are very nominal.
If you can share us the complete HTML then I can tell you exact time. It can be less then 15 hours also but not more than 15 hours.
