@Dan, if your looking to build up work , contributing to the forums is a consistent lead source. Even though your post was moved avoid using the job board as a regular means for advertising it only creates a chilling effect.
@Alicia W job board's frontpage is now 1/3 advertisments vs merchant seeking to build thier business, please stop shuffling adverts here. It's just like litter the more there is the more there will be justified. Off topic is a good place until the day a marketplace forum is added.
