EBOOST, a premium CLEAN FUEL & PERFORMANCE NUTRITION company, is looking for a brilliant and ambitious E­Commerce Manager who is results oriented.

Founded in New York City in 2007 by entrepreneurs Josh Taekman and John McDonald, EBOOST creates premium, vitamin­infused energy and nutritional supplements that come in powder or shot form. We have a spectrum of several expertly crafted, deeply loved products in our catalog and an exciting collection of new releases planned for 2016.
EBOOST’s team is smart, talented and deeply passionate about creating premium health and wellness products. As a member of our team, you will assume a “seat at the table,” and have direct impact on growing and scaling EBOOST.

Highlights
Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible for online revenue and marketing through the company’s Shopify website, Amazon.com as well as any digital acquisition channel that has an associated marketing cost. It is an exciting time for EBOOST: the company recently completed a platform switch from Magento to Shopify; and will be unveiling new subscription­based functionality to its business to consumer website in Q2. With the right ecommerce superstar at the helm (i.e. you?), EBOOST will experience e xplosive online growth this year.

At EBOOST you will take technology and data­analysis seriously, but you’ll also have fun working with the team! Health and fitness is not something you read about, but something you live.

This position is a fulltime position at EBOOST’s office in Soho, New York City, but “good fit” candidates with stellar experience that are interested in working virtually will be considered.

Responsibilities
● Lead ecommerce strategy: budgets, planning, launch and operational requirements.
● Set strategy and deliver sales and profit results as it relates to digital marketing and customer
acquisition, retention and reactivation (this includes paid search, affiliate, website personalization,
referral marketing, display, retargeting, comparative shopping, PLA and paid social placements).
● Assist with sales targets, analyze and continually optimize campaign performance by channel.
● Drive the strategy and execution of all email marketing leveraging a strong understanding of the
customer lifecycle marketing and RFM.
● Manage relationships with marketing vendors and other third parties on behalf of company.
● Create weekly, monthly, quarterly team dashboard reports and campaign analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

● Strong analytical and planning skills ­ you l ove data and use it to inform your decisions.
● Deep, hands on understanding of the following: Paid Search; Retargeting; Display; Shopping
Engines / PLA; Affiliate; Marketplaces; Attribution, reporting, and channel management.
● Familiarity with Shopify ecommerce platform and EMS systems like Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or minimum 5 years in digital marketing working professionally at an
agency or working in the marketing department for an ecommerce retailer.
● Ability to manage portions of a P&L for a marketing business segment.
● Excellent personnel and project management skills.
● Ability to be entrepreneurial yet methodical.
● Results­oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team.
● Familiarity with Basecamp, Evernote, Sweet Process, Trello, Google Apps and similar a plus. This is
a quick moving, start­up environment.
