OVERVIEW
In this position, you will be able to marry your varied interests and areas of expertise as well as your resourcefulness to help scale a growing company. On a day-to-day basis, you will help with website design and build-out, search engine optimization, Google analytics, and PPC advertising on various platforms. This is a newly created role where you will work pretty independently but in coordination with the sales team.
We are a growing company and are looking for an e-Commerce & Digital Online Marketing Specialist that can grow with us. This position will report to the Marketing Manager and will be based in our San Francisco office at 3rd and Mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build-out (redevelop) and manage / update websites built on the Shopify platform
- Evaluate and implement various Shopify Apps for integration into websites
- Set up and manage Google Analytics
- Develop a digital marketing strategy and budget
- Set up and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Shopify, and others.
- Compile and analyze data using advanced reporting tools.
- Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns using performance metrics and make strategic decisions as needed
- Coordinate with graphic designer to get necessary artwork for ads and website
- Optimize sites for search engines
REQUIREMENTS
- Comprehensive experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platform (this can be template-based and work with a 3rd party for advanced issues)
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics with an ability to interpret and report on the data
- In-depth understanding of search engine behavior
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized with great communication skills
- Proven self-starter with ability to work in a fast-pace environment independently
- A focus on continual learning and keeping up to date with the industry

- Resourceful with a strong understanding of business acumen
- Ability to work successfully in a team and independently, and confortable in very fast-paced and growing environments
- Comfortable using Apple computers and phones
HOURS AND BENEFITS
- This position will be based out of our San Francisco office and expected hours are 40 hours a week with overtime available.
