2nd and 3rd point can be done using mail chimp but for 1st point mail chimp does not have any feature so to accomplish this https://mandrill.com/ have this feature and it is sister product of mail chimp. Let me know if you want to proceed with https://mandrill.com/ .
Please let me know your inputs on this to accomplish 2nd and 3rd point using mail chimp, 1st task cannot be done using mail chimp as it do not have a feature in it. But by using Mandrill we can accomplish all the three tasks.
