Clean Theme Expand Scrolling Banner by Hellen Barlow

Hello

I'm looking to expand the scrolling banner on our front home page.  I'd like it to expand across the entire page, and possible right up too.  Can anyone help with this please?  I would also like the banner to fade when changing, so to look a bit like this site:
