Dear Shopify experts

We are looking for developers to help us on a number of issues and would like to get quotes on the individual tasks we want. Our main priority is to get the responsive site sorted asap and things like new web layout we can work later.

Our url is: www.tennerstore.com and we use the Clean Theme which has had a few tweaks. Our office is based in London.

Please contact Premila van Ommen at: maxcbookings@gmail.com

The list of tasks we would need to sort out asap:

1. BUG FIX
a) Infinite scroll stops if item is sold out- please fix or if necessary, maybe take out infinite scroll and just have items viewed by pages. As you can see below at RESPONSIVE MOBILE SITE- we don't want infinite scroll on mobile so if the easiest solution is to take off infinite scroll so that it corresponds to both website and mobile versions that's cool.
Whenever a product is sold out, it seems infinite scroll stops at the row where it is sold out. For example if item is in 5th row and it goes down completely to stock zero, then if we go back to navigate on that page , on 5th row the product will display as sold out and at the same time we cannot scroll down further than the 5th row. It just keeps saying loading.

2. RESPONSIVE MOBILE SITE IMPROVEMENTS-  At the moment we find this is not very user friendly and on some android phones it doesn't work properly: some of the problems we have noticed are:
 a) DROPDOWN MENU on androids- if someone clicks clothing it goes straight to clothing rather than drop down menu on iphone so that it is difficult even to press on dresses.
b) CATEGORY PAGE : FILTER Also the filter is very distracting as a scroll bar instead of drop down on a tiny device like a phone. People have to scroll down past them to see products so it is a bit like a visual block. Filters need to be drop down.
OFFER GRAPHICS- also should be the last thing customers see, or maybe taken out altogether.
c) CATEGORY PAGE: PRODUCTS - double column view needed (please see mobile versions of missguided.com and prettylittlething.com ). Right now there is a single column and if shift that more to the left you will also notice a lot of empty white space on the right hand side to products on the mobile. We are wondering if it would make more sense to have the products viewed certain amount as pages, go to next page etc instead of infinite scroll. If that has to correspond- change with web version where there is infinite scroll , if we need to change that to view by page that is also cool.

3. FURTHER ADDITIONS/ BUG FIXES

b) POP UP newsletter sign up form on landing page. When people land on home page in beginning a small box pops up where they have the option to subscribe for the newsletter. We can send you text on this once we decide- ex. sign up for our weekly competition and join our weekly draw to win £50 voucher or something like that.
c) DISABLING 'WOMEN' and 'MEN'  links in FOOTWEAR and ACCESSORIES section on menu bar. For example if click FOOTWEAR all footwear appears and likewise with ALL SHOES. However, if i click on WOMEN then a limited number of shoes appear. Better that we don't have the WOMEN part link to anything OR that all items tagged shoes appears there- not sure how to fix this.
d) HELP with setting up invoices via the ORDER PRINTER app. We tried to guess liquid language and made invoices-it works for all UK orders but every time we try to print out an international order it just doesn't work- the columns don't align and the skus don't show up. Also we always have to wait until payments are captured before printing invoice otherwise the invoices say payment outstanding. Should we send you a sample template or how the new invoice should look like? It wouldn't be that different- just we want it to be able to print out orders without showing how much payment is outstanding if money not captured

4. NEW WEBSITE LAYOUT-not in rush for this part but it will be good to know how long to implement. It is also based on three columns that is already present on the website but far more specific- this time we have worked out the spacing of pixels on each section.  Please send us your contact details so we can send you images of new layout. We have based it very closely to www.prettylittlething.com so you can also guess how it will correspond with responsive mobile site.  Ideally we would like to see if this can be implemented by making some tweaks to the Clean Theme and we can always make adjustments to the design- example products page etc-  but if it needs to be created from scratch, let us know.

Hope to hear back from you ASAP
