Hi all! I am looking for someone to add a "quick view" feature to my shop, which runs the Minimal theme. I'd like it to operate like it does on this site:

Rather than pop up with every single product detail, this site only has a few of the details with a link to "view full product details." If possible, I'd like the pop-up to be even smaller than this one. The amount of information is about right - the ability to select options, and a preview of the product description.
There are a few tags I'd like excluded if possible (for example, all products with a certain tag). From what I've read online this is relatively quick to do, but I am not all that familiar with FancyBox and it would take me a lot longer. :)
