Our seasonal (tree nursery) business is unique in that most of our orders are taken from January 1st until June 1st. Of those orders, they don't start shipping until around the middle of April.
We also have customers that will place multiple orders during that time, that all need to ship together.
I'm looking for help with the following issues:
Adding a due date to each order.
Combining multiple orders for shipment (not actually combining them, just "tie" them together for logistics)
A CRM solution that would tie the above information into it, so when a customer wants to change their due date I can see all of the data at a glance. (likely an APP that already exists)
Quantity breaks on many of our products: https://apps.shopify.com/quantity-breaks would do most of this work with some minor re-configuration to my products.
The ability to run reports and or sort data relating to the above mentioned due date field.
A method to tie "manual" orders (those not placed through Shopify) into the same CRM system.
This is in no way a complete explaination of the solution I'm looking for, only a high level description. I can share more information after choosing a developer.

Fair billing. I'm happy to pay, but don't want to feel like I'm calling an attorney with any little question
